1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," "your") and Frezzor New Zealand, Inc. ("Frezzor," "Company," "we," "our," "us"), governing your access to and use of the frezzor.com website (the "Site") and your purchase of dietary supplement products ("Products").

1.2 By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Site, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase Products.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date appears at the top.

2. Health Disclaimers & Product Information

2.2 FDA Disclaimer:

Frezzor Products are dietary supplements. Statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

2.1 Not Medical Advice: The information provided on the Site, including product descriptions, articles, and blogs, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider.

2.3 Individual Results Vary: Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences. Results are anecdotal and not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on personal health, genetics, diet, and other factors.

2.5 Canadian Customers: Products sold to Canada are classified as Natural Health Products (NHPs). Canadian customers acknowledge they are responsible for ensuring compliance with Health Canada regulations for personal importation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Condition Policy
Unopened Products 30 days from delivery. Full refund minus original shipping. Must be unused, resealable, original packaging.
Opened Supplements NON-RETURNABLE due to health/safety regulations (21 CFR 111.410)
Includes Omega-3 Black, Beef Liver, Super Greens, Manuka Honey
Defective/Damaged Contact support@frezzor.com within 7 days with photos. Replacement at our discretion.

Return Process: Email support@frezzor.com for RMA → Ship to 15215 Alton Parkway, Suite 140, Irvine, CA 92618 → Refund within 10 business days

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Frezzor's total liability = AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PRODUCT(S) in prior 12 months
  • NO LIABILITY for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive damages (lost profits, business interruption, health claims)
  • PRODUCTS SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (merchantability, fitness for purpose)

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Mandatory Arbitration: Disputes resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA rules in Orange County, California. YOU WAIVE JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION RIGHTS.
